  • Images may include props or accessories that are not included; and

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, and discontinue products without prior notice.

5. Product Availability

Products are offered subject to availability. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve the item or guarantee that it will remain available.

Inventory information may occasionally be inaccurate because of simultaneous purchases, technical errors, damaged inventory, or other circumstances.

If an ordered product is unavailable, we may cancel the affected item and issue a refund to the original payment method. We will notify you using the contact information provided with your order.

6. Prices and Taxes

Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice. A price change will not affect an order we have already accepted, except where a displayed price resulted from an obvious error.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund for the canceled amount to the original payment method.

8. Payment

Payments are processed using Square. By providing payment information, you authorize us and Square to charge the payment method for your order total, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other amounts disclosed during checkout.

You represent that:

  • The payment information you provide is accurate;

  • You are authorized to use the payment method; and

  • The payment method has sufficient funds or credit to complete the purchase.

Square’s separate terms and privacy practices may apply to its processing of your transaction.

We do not intentionally store complete payment card numbers on the Site.

A payment may be declined or held for review by Square, the card issuer, or another financial institution. We are not responsible for delays caused by a payment provider’s authorization or fraud-review process.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated timeframes will be displayed during checkout or otherwise communicated before fulfillment.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly identify a date as guaranteed. Transit times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.

If we cannot ship within the time promised, or within the period required by applicable law when no shipping time was stated, we will provide any notice, cancellation opportunity, or refund required by law.

Risk of loss and title pass as provided by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms shifts responsibility in a manner prohibited by consumer-protection law.

10. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Certain products may be nonreturnable or subject to special conditions when clearly disclosed before purchase. These may include customized, personalized, final-sale, clearance, intimate, or hygiene-sensitive merchandise, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in our Return and Refund Policy limits any nonwaivable rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Approved refunds are ordinarily issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on Square, the card issuer, or the customer’s financial institution.

11. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, sales, and discount codes may be subject to additional terms displayed with the applicable offer.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Discounts cannot be combined;

  • Discount codes have no cash value;

  • Discounts cannot be applied retroactively;

  • Fraudulent, unauthorized, duplicated, or technically erroneous discounts may be rejected.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Lost, stolen, or improperly used gift cards may not be replaceable unless required by law.

The purchase of a product gives you ownership of the physical item only. It does not transfer or grant any ownership, copyright, trademark, license, reproduction right, or other intellectual-property right in the artwork or design appearing on that product.

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

  • Copy, trace, scan, photograph, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from our artwork or designs;

  • Print or place our artwork or designs on clothing, merchandise, promotional materials, or other products;

  • Manufacture, sell, resell, distribute, license, or commercially exploit reproductions of our artwork or designs;

  • Use our artwork or designs in digital products, social-media graphics, websites, advertisements, artificial-intelligence systems, or other media;

  • Remove, conceal, or alter copyright, trademark, attribution, or ownership notices;

  • Use our name, logo, artwork, designs, product photographs, or branding in a manner that suggests sponsorship, affiliation, authorization, or endorsement; or

  • Use automated tools to scrape, extract, reproduce, train on, or generate imitations of our artwork or designs.

The Site and its other contents—including its text, graphics, product photography, videos, icons, software, and page layouts—are also owned by or licensed to Scars and Stitches Clothing Company LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

You may use the Site and display purchased products for ordinary personal, noncommercial purposes. Personal ownership or use of a physical product does not authorize the reproduction or commercial use of the design appearing on it.

Some products may feature artwork or designs owned by or licensed from a third party. When ownership or licensing is otherwise stated, the applicable third party retains its respective intellectual-property rights.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, sale, modification, or commercial use of protected artwork or designs may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

15. User Content and Reviews

If the Site allows you to submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you retain ownership of your original content.

By submitting content, you grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, format, and distribute that content in connection with operating, improving, and promoting our business and products, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

You represent that submitted content:

  • Is accurate to the best of your knowledge;

  • Is based on your genuine experience, when presented as a review;

  • Does not infringe another person’s rights;

  • Does not contain unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or abusive material;

  • Does not contain malicious code or deceptive links; and

  • Does not include another person’s private information without permission.

We may moderate or remove submitted content that violates these Terms or applicable law. We are not obligated to publish every submission.
