We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Custom, personalized, made-to-order, clearance, and final-sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we made an error. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Every Scars & Stitches hand-painted hoodie is a piece of individually created wearable art. These pieces are made by hand — not produced by a machine, factory, or automated printing process.
Because of the handmade process, no two pieces will ever be exactly alike. Paint placement, distressing, overspray, fading, texture, dye patterns, linework, color variations, and other artistic details may vary from photographs, previous pieces, examples, or mockups shown on our website or social media.
These variations are intentional characteristics of handmade artwork and are not considered defects.
ALL HAND-PAINTED SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the time, labor, materials, and creative work involved in producing each piece specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or issue refunds on hand-painted, customized, personalized, made-to-order, or one-of-one items simply because:
The finished artwork differs slightly from a reference photo or previous hoodie.
Paint, dye, distressing, placement, texture, or other handmade elements vary.
The customer changes their mind.
The finished artistic style does not meet a customer’s personal preference or expectation.
Natural imperfections associated with hand-painted artwork are present.
Reference photos and mockups are provided to communicate the general design concept and artistic direction, not to guarantee an exact duplicate.
If we make a verified fulfillment error — such as sending the wrong size or wrong item — or your item arrives damaged in transit, contact us promptly so we can review the issue.
By purchasing a hand-painted or custom Scars & Stitches piece, you acknowledge that you understand its handmade nature, accept that artistic variations will occur, and agree to this final-sale policy.
You aren’t ordering a factory copy. You’re ordering an original.
